Managerial Stability the key to our sucess

No more talk of harping back to Managers gone or looking forward to those who might be better.

History shows that Forest are at their best when sticking with the manager who has the club ethos at heart. Walker, Carey, Clough. Following OBE only Clark and Bassett have had real success, the rest bar Hart have been a waste of space.

SOD is a similar character to our successful past managers so the new board and fans should get behind him and support him fully through thick and thin. Hopefully we get stability from him for the next 5 years before handing on his work and continuing to develop talent at the club in another role.

If so we will have sustainable success.

for the 1st time since the season ended i must agree with you its whats be missing .....

Time will tell I suppose, but it's looking good so far. As regards stability, I suppose the owners will see about that.
