| I've voted Guedioura, going for a footballer with work ethic and skill, maybe too nice, but an example of where we want to be, no Captain Terry style needed?
Or Camp, might refocus him?

| I've voted Collins on the basis that you need someone who will be a regular and tough and confident enough to marshal the troops. | |

| I've gone for "Tin ribs", loved him shouting and screaming last season when things were not going right. A leader needs to be a showman, remonstrate decisions and get in peoples faces. Reid is not my ideal Captain but I dont see anybody else with that same determination for ALL the team to do their jobs. ANNND HE means business this season ! | |

| It as between Reidy and Collins, and plumped for the latter, largely based on what I've heard about him on here and other social networking media. Ultimately, we are about to enter the new season with more than one captain on the pitch, and we have Collins and Campy dishing out the rollockings at the back and Reidy doing likewise further up the pitch.

| Greening skippered the Baggies to promotion and we have not seen the best of him with injuries. If fit he should be a regular and our leader. | |

Got to get him back to his arrogant , strutting , bawling best.

| I plumped for Collins would love it to be Reid but I think that might take the edge/influence off his game and we need him at his most creative. I think Camp for vice captain. Has Collins captained teams before? | |

| After last night's game and, if he becomes a regular, I'd plump for Greening. He has the experience and a football brain. | |

| I just dont know anymore.
But this is for certain, we dont have an ounce of aggression at the club, we're all very nice, too nice.

| I think we need to stay calm, 3 games in seven days, all sorts of new players trialists etc etc,
Plus nice to hear Greening is stepping up.
But I'll make a statement, if we have him as our leader, and adopt a team to suit his style, we will struggle.
Too predictable, too slow, and now we again have no wingers to suit him.
As bad as Googy is, I'd whip him into shape, week in week out rather than Greening, and you may get Premiership from Googy, but Greening will be gone.
In the meantime, we shall have to be very patient whilst we wait for the settled football plan.

| Greening loves to just give it sideways, he absolutely loves it, a Ray Wilkins style player.
That's all well and good if his colleagues around him are hurting the opposition, if that aint happening then Greening is a waste of space. FACT

| Just a thought would our Kuwaiti owners, ask Derbyshire Greening Miller if they would like to play for Kuwaiti FC on loan, with a Yacht Sun and loads a Dosh? | |
