2. SOD Footballing Coach, with a Tech Director to follow?
3. Adlene Guedioura, probably the best signing in years, and we have had a sample and liked and now he is ours for three years, this decision alone is Championship to Premiership guaranteed! (P.S. He says he wants to do better too WOWWWWWWWWWWWWW)

This bloke just keeps impressing me.

Top bloke and leading by example!.................. I note our last Captain does not seem to be making the same impact with his new team as they lose by 6 at Blackpool and seem to have caught our disease from last season of failing to defend crosses??

Thats harsh on Chambers, he's done a job and not offered a new contract and now gone!
He was a part of League One to Play Off contender group.

Collins to achieve the same progression level with us, if all down to him, and him not having to contend with Greening and Miller and Derbyshire etc, and having a team that will be more focused on midfield creativity and attacking options, with less strain on the defense, will have to lead us to Premiership European positions, top six?

I'm reserving my opinion on the defense at this time, they should do better, because they have all performed at a higher level? more importantly as with the survival situation that Chambers was involved in with Lynch, Guedioura and now more will give us and the defense far less to contend with than McClarens start of season to relegation survival test.

Chambers was part of a young team going forward together, and it was succesful, and if we can rekindle the same spirit and growth together it will be great.

Collins and say Ayala, Lynch and Chambers would have been a good four options for the Back two spots, with the progression and experience and in Ayala quality added! But hey we shall see if the Back Four will be great, it won't if we do not sign a keeper. But it will be for the non defenders at the club. GUEDIOURA LANSBURY MCGUGAN REID MAJEWSKI
