Football Loyalty Empty
PostSubject: Football Loyalty   Football Loyalty EmptySat 21 Jul - 7:29

I cannot catch my breath at times, but will let my fears out.

Fans will always be here, and committed forever, owners commited financially, aspirationally and maybe forever?

So, after seeing players year after year jump ship for a £10, Managers are exactly the same, Lambert to Villa, and Rodgers to Liverpool.

So who should we stand side by side with? For me the Owners.

Manager does not want to try trialists? or play them? and why? It's a first and might be stupendous, and a market innitiative in football, untapped market, can they kick it? WHO KNOWS?

So my views are this, if we are a business, Fans and Board should be united, unless they are PETER RISDALE or IRVING SCHOLAR types, and no player or manager should be believed that they have more of a commitment than firstly THE FANS and secondly THE BOARD.

So ICONIC was the wrong word for manager, we want ICONIC Director of Football but Coach Manager in SOD or could have been SC, will do nicely.

Anyway if any player or managers head turn, or mither about anything, I hope the Kuwaitis have the dosh to hang them out to dry! ON WE GO

Did you see on the news Portsmouth players being approached by supporters with letters asking them to take a pay cut in order to save the club going into liquidation?

One, might have been Kitson, put hands over his ears and drove off laughing!

Shame on you, shame on you.

All the best to Pompie, proud club, big tradition having been led into this situation by bad management. MA?

Now, now, don't be silly, you know what I mean.

How these intelligent guys are still employing that idiot (MA) I don't know. But they are the bosses and so far so good.

MA is an employee, buck stops at owners, maybe they are intelligent, and keeping as much as possible of the League One to Play Off ride, unless they want out, that is.

Also MA connected to ND and we need some of that in the Arabian meetings!

Sorry, you'll never convince me.

Crap at NCCC, crap at NFFC.

The sooner he's gone the better even with the ND link.

The guys in it for one reason and one reaso alone, MA.

The same was said of DP, he was on £2000 a week doing nowt, and then we paid £40,000 a week in stands last season.

The business plan is set by owners and they hire and fire, if club is succesful it will be nowt to do with MA just that he has done his part, like players.

And they are all in it for themselves!

But if it helps us MA out, and Ali Baba in? Very Happy

Here's a real showing of football loyalty - all prepared to let Pompey disappear into the abyss rather than help out

Tossers! Evil or Very Mad

(Yes, I know Pompey in a way only have themselves to blame, but could there be a more acute example of unwarranted [footballer] human greed?)
