Yet little is done to promote "Sports Nottingham" and create a world class visitor destination for all sports to complement Trent Bridge Cricket Ground which is sold out barely 5 times a year but is the most financially profitable County Cricket club with a World Class ground!
Until Forest stops being run like a private members plaything nothing will change apart from our declining League position. The club needs investors with global sports/leisure promotion expertise to develop the Nottingham Sports brand and regenerate the area in partnership with the local Councils who need to release land and buildings to make it happen.
Six figure main sponsorship deals on a turnover of circa £16m just about sums up the ineptitude of the current management team over the Doughty era!
